About the Role
Join our Managed Services team working on permanent projects at the Microsoft campus in Hillsboro, OR. This is a full-time, on-site role from Monday to Friday. Biblioso offers healthcare, benefits, and a competitive annual salary range of $62,400 to $68,640. Please note this position is for direct hires on W2 only and is not open to C2C or third-party arrangements.

Responsibilities
Physical Infrastructure
- Manage all aspects of end-to-end physical infrastructure for Hardware Engineering and Testing.
- Coordinate vendor and logistics for deployment.
- Integrate support and coordinate with other lab sites for solution delivery.
- Implement physical setups including racks, network equipment, power distribution units, and monitoring/automation tools.
- Build and deploy servers with associated wiring, configuration, and monitoring.
- Design and deploy cabling and power requirements, covering electrical engineering, board troubleshooting, and validation.
Administration & Support
- Design and manage servers, VMs, and private networks/testing domains using Hyper-V, AD with integrated DNS and imaging, and SCCM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Perform typical support activities, including handling requests for issues and changes, investigating root causes, and implementing fixes at all software and hardware levels.
- Implement designs from various teams to support hardware validation and qualification work.
- Support remote workers with physical dependencies for qual and validation work.
- Set up and configure equipment for threshold and physical validation, such as oscilloscopes and capture mechanisms.
- Coordinate with ODM/ISV for on-site physical rework, including firmware flashing, hotfixes, and board soldering.
